These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FunDash at fundash.xyz. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FunDash provides free-to-play games and is supported by advertising. Some gameplay elements and payout displays may be promotional, simulated, limited, or subject to additional rules.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase necessary. FunDash is a free-to-play loyalty platform. DashCoins are virtual points with no cash value until redeemed for an eligible reward in our Rewards Store. Access is supported by advertising and related commercial arrangements. Where a promotion is subject to official rules, those rules will control if they conflict with a general statement on this page.

DashCoins, Rewards, and Sole Discretion

DashCoins, wallet balances, redemption requests, or similar benefits are discretionary promotional credits, not wages, guaranteed income, legal tender, or stored value with a legal right of redemption unless expressly required by law. DashCoins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged between accounts, and can only be redeemed for the reward tiers listed in the Rewards Store at the time of redemption.

Redemption Policy. Once you request a reward, your DashCoin balance is debited immediately. Approved rewards are typically delivered within 48–72 hours after verification, via the email on file. Delivery times may vary for anti-fraud review, inventory, or third-party gift card processing. Official reward communication will come from support@fundash.xyz.

Sole discretion. FunDash reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to withhold, delay, deny, void, claw back, or reverse any payment, redemption, or credit — including after a balance is displayed — if FunDash reasonably believes there has been suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity, including without limitation:

• Use of a VPN, proxy, anonymizer, or similar means to mask location, evade regional rules, or abuse offers;
• Bots, scripts, macros, headless browsers, click automation, or any non-human or coordinated automated interaction;
• Multiple accounts, account sharing, identity obfuscation, or attempts to multiply rewards beyond fair individual play;
• Traffic patterns, device signals, or rate behavior consistent with fraud, click inflation, or platform abuse.

FunDash is not obligated to disclose its internal fraud-prevention methods or the specific basis for a decision. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may contact us using the information below; we are not required to overturn any determination. In sole-discretion review or fulfillment cases, official outreach from FunDash will come via support@fundash.xyz.

Use of Service

You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You may not interfere with platform operations, security, integrity, or availability.

Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use online services in your jurisdiction. If you are under the legal age of digital consent where you live, do not use this service.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, macros, or automation to manipulate gameplay or ad behavior.
• Attempt to bypass security, reverse engineer protected systems, or abuse APIs.
• Generate fraudulent traffic, fake clicks, or exploit affiliate mechanisms.
• Harass, abuse, or disrupt other users or platform operations.

No Guarantee of Winnings

DashCoin drops, reward tiers, and win indicators are subject to game mechanics, availability, anti-fraud checks, and campaign terms. Unless explicitly stated in a published promotion, FunDash does not guarantee any specific rate of DashCoin accumulation, reward eligibility, or payout.

Advertising and Affiliate Content

FunDash may display ads and links to third-party offers. Third-party content is governed by those parties' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, visuals, and game systems are owned by or licensed to FunDash unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content without permission.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunDash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access at our discretion for violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, suspected fraud, or technical/security reasons.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which FunDash operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
